Left’s Reaction To The Paedophile Scandal At The BBC Has Blown The Corporation’s Cover To Shreds
Adam Lovejoy writes from London: After the Left’s reaction to the revelations about the paedophile network operating within the BBC I suppose there isn’t a single sane person in the whole of Great Britain who now believes that the publicly funded Corporation is politically impartial. You just have to see the way lefties are desperately trying to play down the scandal at every given opportunity to realise how important the BBC is for them. If the Beeb goes down, the Left will go down with it.
The latest attempt to distract attention from the paedophile scandal at the BBC is the clumsy campaign, organised in haste, to hype up the so-called Plebgate, the supposed ‘scandal’ surrounding the comments that Tory Chief Whip Andrew Mitchell said to the cops guarding 10 Downing Street. The remarkable idea is that this non-story is a much bigger affair than some guys shagging underage girls on the BBC premises. (By the way, these cops who have leaked the information about the incident to the Sun should be sacked from the force at once.) This is so absurd that liberals should realise they look really stupid and desperate. They should also understand that their attempts to protect the BBC from criticism and further revelations only go to prove that the Corporation is working for the Left while being funded by the taxpayers. (Yes, licence payers are taxpayers, because they are forced to pay the BBC by law.)
Imagine, 50 years of efforts by the liberals to convince everyone that the BBC is impartial and delivers unbiased news and quality programmes without any left-wing agendas hidden in them going up in smoke. Laughably, we now hear some of the lefties talk passionately about the danger of the public trust in the Corporation being ‘eroded’ as a result of the paedophile cover-up scandal. What f..king trust? Who on earth watches the BBC these days, apart from the leftie nutters and plebs, yes, plebs, who’ll watch anything as they have nothing better to do? Are you going to tell me that Strictly Come Dancing is not for plebs? Or the Graham Norton Show, or Eastenders, or all those pathetic so-called comedy and satirical series?
Incidentally, the coverage of the scandal at the BBC has revealed some very interesting facts about the so-called ‘right-wing’ media in Britain, proving once again that is has long ago been penetrated by leftie liberals who pose as conservative commentators. Just look at the last issue of The Spectator, the supposedly right-wing magazine, that carries a cover story about Christian women embracing Islam to marry Muslim men. Does Fraser Nelson, the useless editor of the once great magazine, think that just because he wants to be invited to share his wisdom with the BBC he can ignore one of the biggest scandals ever to rock the British media? Fraser is to journalism what a blow job is to a conversation, but he could have shed his liberal underwear for a change and at least pretended that his mag is not some trashy liberal rag.
The other so-called right wing organs of print, apart from the Daily Mail that broke the story, are not exactly falling over each other to investigate the paedophile scandal at the BBC. And one reason is that many of their scribblers moonlight on the BBC, so they don’t really want to antagonise the powerful lefties who run it. To hell with impartiality and principles. No one wants to piss off the evil left-wing empire.
Interestingly, PM David Cameron, is not really taking a strong position on the issue, obviously terrified of angering the liberal mafia that runs the BBC. Not to mention that he shares some of its views and ideals on gay marriage, Europe or climate change.
And now we have the BBC Director General George Enwistle, who even looks like a leftie, announcing that the Corporation is going to hold not one but two investigations into its own behavior. Mr Entwistle, who was head of television at the BBC when all the ‘fun’ was going on there, is probably terrified at the thought of many more nasty secrets turning up. So he wants his own people to start looking into it. Might be too late though, as the flood of new revelations is engulfing the evil empire every day.
Exciting times beckon. Not for everyone, obviously.
