Dan Majestic writes from New York: Another deranged nutter goes on the rampage, killing 27 people including 20 small children in a primary school in America, and all the usual suspects come up with their usual calls to tighten gun laws forgetting one simple thing: guns don’t fire by themselves, it’s the people who pull the trigger. Not to mention that determined crazed killers will get access to guns whatever the laws of the land. Anders Breivik was just one of the cases that proved that.

It is all very fine for President Barak Obama to weep on television while talking about the slaughter of the innocents in Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown in Connecticut. And it’s all very fine for loads of officials and non-officials to express their shock and horror at the worst mass killing at a school in America’s history. But this won’t change anything, you see, as long as the entertainment and gaming industries continue to brainwash people of all ages with graphic meaningless violence that is presented as acceptable and even casual. Not forgetting that supposedly caring liberals are pushing through the relaxation of drug laws, and pharmaceutical giants through their lobbyists get approval to feed kids with powerful medicines including anti-depressants. (Bill Clinton while president helped the pharma companies with that.)

You can’t really be manufacturing a whole ‘army’ of nutters and blame everything on lack of gun control. This is absurd, it goes against common sense. Anyone who promotes drug use and claims they are no more harmless that alcohol, is contributing to more senseless massacres in the future. Anyone, who claims that graphic violence in computer games has no influence on young minds, is delusional at best and evil at worst. Freedom of expression has really been taken way too far by the liberal scum who have the nerve to claim that violence is part of the creative process, just like porn and Satanism. Yes, Hollywood has now become obsessed with the occult and black magic and attacks on religion to such an extent that most of the imagery in its movies is now distinctly Satanic. Making vampire and occult movies targeted at children is no longer a big deal. The sick and twisted bastards who run Hollywood have lost all sense of restraint and not a single politician dares to take them on, President Obama included.

We will now see lots of words said about gun control and how stricter laws may have prevented that freak, Adam Lanza, going on a killing spree. Even though it is pretty clear that he would have done it anyway, the sick bastard, finding a way of getting his hands on some firepower. Just as it will happen again and again in the future, with dopeheads, crazed gamers and teenagers who missed a couple of Prozacs getting it into their heads that they need to impose their own justice on other people who ‘just don’t get it’.

   Hunters don’t use Bushmasters on deer because they’d be blown into pieces, just like those little children were. Private citizens don’t need military assault weapons and large-capacity magazines for hunting or self-protection. You can’t sleep with a Bushmaster under your pillow to protect yourself from intruders. I’m an American who has been held up by armed robbers who came from behind and held a gun to my head before I could even see them. Even a concealed carry would have been useless; my head would have been shattered before I could draw a handgun. Your argument is inconsistent; if guns don’t kill people, then drugs don’t addict them either. I agree that the culture of violence needs to be reduced, and mental health issues need to be addressed, but the NRA and gun lovers (like my brother) have to start using some common sense about weapons of mass destruction.

   Wrong. The statistics show that the USA has the most violent gun crime in the Western world. And the most liberal gun laws. More guns = more gun deaths, less guns = less gun deaths. It’s a straightforward equation, one even the frothspittle author of this blog ought to be able to grasp.

   Mass murder does not require automatic weapons, it requires either a derainged individual or a group of them such as the Arab terrorists who were only armed with box cutters when they hijacked 3 planes on 9/11 & turned them into flying bombs that killed over 2,000 people.

   The 7/7 muslim terrorists in London likewise did not have guns but had made explosives from legaly bought chemicals & the Japanese cultists who carried out the Tokyo subway massacre used Sarin Gas , not guns.

   The attempt by the American Left to demolish the 2nd ammendement is merely one more step in turning the USA into the next USSR.

   Every Black & Hispanic Gang Banger in the USA is armed to the teeth with AK47s & other illegal weapons, no gun laws will prevent them from carrying out daily multiple homicides in places like Chicago & Detroit where ordinairy hard working tax payers are denied the permits for carrying the handguns needed to defend themselves.

   The lowest murder rate in the USA is in Alaska where you do not need a gun license , ditto for other states with less restrictions, the states with strict laws are the ones where crime is rampant & the honest citizen is killed with impunity by criminals with illegal guns.
